Useless service I've received ever:
I bought StatyFit treadmill i6 model by 2012. Unfortunately I didn't use my 2 free service and no reminder call also from stayfit. When I enquire about the free service after 1 year, I got a message that there is no service technician available in my area. Then why did you sell your product in my area?
It was working fine for the last 3 years without any service. I got a call from StayFit last month for AMC. Technician came and they took the 3000 Rs for AMC and they did free service (cleaning) also. After the service, the treadmill is not working. It is getting switched off automatically after 2 to 3 seconds. Only #stayfit can create such troubles to their customers.
I haven't received the AMC receipt until now. When I reached out to customer care, I was told that it would take at least 15 days to get the AMC. But now it is more than 20 days and I haven't received the AMC receipt yet.
Please do not use StayFit products. Once they sold their products, then they will not care about you.
